area. The Company also leases and manages 7.7 million square feet in office
developments across the country in which it holds an interest.
Landmark office projects in the portfolio include four of Dallas’ most prestigious office complexes: The Towers at Williams Square, which was named the 2007
International office Building of the Year (TOBY), Lincoln Centre, Park Central 7,8,9 and Victory Plaza. In Cousins’ Atlanta portfolio are the acclaimed Concourse,

Cousins also serves as Development Manager on behalf of Hicks Holdings

37 acres at Frisco, Texas’ Champions Park, where it currently is preleasing the
