area. The Company also leases and manages 7.7 million square feet in office
developments across the country in which it holds an interest.
Landmark office projects in the portfolio include Atlanta’s acclaimed Concourse,
an amenity-rich, 63-acre master-planned development that includes 2.1 million
square feet of office space; and The Pinnacle and Two Live Oak, two of Atlanta’s

Cousins also serves as Development Manager on behalf of Hicks Holdings
for two high-profile land-development projects: 176 acres at Rangers Ballpark
in Arlington and the new Dallas Cowboys stadium in Arlington, where the

37 acres at Frisco, Texas’ Champions Park, where it currently is preleasing the
